Modules for accounting (RAS and IFRS), as well as tax and management accounting of the Client.
Goals
- Enhancement of controllability for key blocks of the accounting processes:
- finance;
- taxes;
- budget.
- Leveling of the accounting and tax risks.
- Reasonable expenses during transition to the new accounting system / implementation of the new software.
Procedures
- Selection of accounting modules is conducted by the Client
- Bilateral approval of the Project implementation Order
- Estimation of the exact parameters of the Project (price, timing, expert team) – upon the Order signing
- Implementation of the Project under the Order:
- studying the Client’s accounting architecture
- identification of risk areas in accounting and preparing proposals for improvement of the accounting architecture
- the Client’s approval of the list of changes to be implemented in the accounting architecture
- meetings with representatives of the Client and IT-company
- mapping of transition to the new accounting system in accordance with the Client’s chart of accounts and the approved list of changes
- creation of the system for accounting modules:
